Under the terms of the agreement, Executone will carry the Link Wireless Telephone System(TM) (Link WTS) as an adjunct to its nurse call systems. SpectraLink has helped Executone develop a messaging interface to Executone's INFOSTAR©/HCP (Healthcare Communications Platform), seamlessly uniting the two technologies to provide the full benefits of both. The Link WTS will be sold through Executone's Healthcare Communications Division, which specifically targets hospitals, surgicenters, nursing homes and assisted living centers. Executone estimates that it has over one-third share of the nurse call communications industry.
