O/49r; I would be reluctant to roast a human being in such a bad loss position the way you have. He may have provoked you, as phone calls at all hours would, but having been down myself I can sypathise with him, if not his petty drinking and calling you inappropriately. Never kick a man when he is down is my general rule, however, as you say he will be able to earn his way back up, as contractors can do well if they apply themselves. There are obviously thing here that I do not know that may have provoked you beyond limit.
