rewhich criteria I'm not yet sure (and probably dont have enough information) if all constraints have been removed to general adoption of Gemstar's technology: but I'm "assuming" its on its way to that stage. Also I'm not sure how Gemstar's technology will be used in other ways, besides VCR plus. I' m again "assuming" that there will be other, patented uses and that Wall St knows this and thus is bidding the price up...but I will admit that we a lot more information about the company...or access to the information...before we will be sure.
