Veramark Receives Order From Benin

PITTSFORD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 29, 1999--Veramark
Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:VERA) today announced receipt of another
order from a business partner for a VeraBill billing and customer care
system. The end user of the VeraBill system will be a new GSM wireless
carrier operating in the Republic of Benin, a country of close to six
million inhabitants located on the West Coast of Africa. French is the
official language of Benin and the VeraBill software will be provided
with a French user interface and will generate bills for customers in
French.

David G. Mazzella, Veramark President and CEO, noted, "This will
be the fifth VeraBill system licensed in Africa and 29th worldwide.
The continent is rapidly building a wireless infrastructure and
upgrading older wireline facilities. VeraBill has proven to be ideally
suited for African companies because it offers all the functionality a
small to mid-sized operator will require, at an attractive price with
easy installation and operation. We see several other near term
VeraBill opportunities in the region."

VeraBill is a comprehensive billing and customer care system for
small to mid-size, start-up and incumbent, wireline, wireless and
other network service providers carriers.
