This is the part I like:

James Pickering, ProxyMed's President and Chief Operating Officer stated; ''The business planning period with IDX is completed. Together, we have commenced an aggressive sales and marketing campaign to IDX's physician customers. By offering these physicians a full suite of transactions and connectivity, we will be able to penetrate and maximize the benefits to the IDX physician customer base.''

I wonder if four or five months is the standard planning period for such agreements. It might help in timing purchases of the stock, if so.
