Ross Systems Appoints Richard Thomas as Vice President, Asia Pacific
Thomas to Support Growing Demand in Asia and Pacific Rim
ATLANTA, Nov. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Ross Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROSS), a leading provider of enterprise software solutions and the leading provider of ERP systems to the mid-tier process manufacturing market, today announced that Richard B. Thomas has joined Ross Systems as Vice President, Asia Pacific. Thomas will manage all the Company's business activities throughout Asia and the Pacific Rim, where Ross Systems has experienced steadily growing activity over the last several quarters.
Reporting directly to J. Patrick Tinley, President and COO of Ross Systems, Inc., Thomas will be responsible for expanding the Company's presence in the region and for supporting its growing number of Asia/Pacific clients. Thomas will work closely with Ross distributors to optimize the delivery of Ross solutions to mid-size process manufacturers and public services accounts in the region.

Thomas' career also includes several years in technical, sales and business development roles at IBM Corporation.
