National Media Adds Programming on Two Stations in The
Philippines; Adds Approximately 1.5 Million Households


PHILADELPHIA, April 17 /PRNewswire/ -- National Media Corporation
(NYSE: NM) today announced that it has begun transactional television
programming on two television stations, ABS-CBN Channel 2 and RJTV 29, in the
Philippines.
The addition of ABS-CBN, the nation's leading terrestrial channel,
increases broadcasting to the major cities outside of Manila, adding a further
2 million homes. Further expansion to the major provincials of Cebu, Davao
and Baguio is planned over the next quarter.
