Hi Frank,

What do you think of pure subscriber/customer management from the software side? I am specifically thinking about a company ACEC. They develop and install software for CLECs and enterprise systems. The competition seems to be telecos with combined hardware/sotware management.

Do you think it takes the combined approach to be competitive? Also do you know of a good resource that describes the competing software systems and companies?
