It's gotta be Thean. Recent picks were ONT @ 17 and BBY @ 55. He tends to stick to a limited number of sectors at any given time.

Then there's Doug R. His TA targets are uncannily accurate, but he tends to post in code. It takes a while to get used to his style. Definitely not for everybody.
