Selling 2002 calls at 35 is a short play. As the price of CPQ goes up, it will cost you mucho bucks to buy the calls back. Suggest you sell puts, or buy calls if you are bullish on CPQ.

If you sold Covered calls, you will loose you stock appreciation minus any time value if you buy the calls back.

That or I'm totally confused by your post.
