Institutions own 30% of the float knowing this is a long-term investment scenario. With 4Q99 revenues estimated by Goldman Sachs to be $52 million which is +100% over 4Q98, the stock should be appealing to investors looking at spectacular top-line growth.

When the CFO is hired and announced, this should put to rest concern over this area and with the negative removed should spark higher prices.
