hey jz, or anyone else out there that could answer a question that i really don't know the answer to.
like most of us, i imagine, we have some sort of alert device attached to our stock lists to update us on happenings as they occur. since i do own a couple of "big caps", i sometimes get a "block trade" alert as i did yesterday on BSX. the information read, "350,000 share block trade @$22 3/8 off 1/8 crossed by lehman brothers."
question is, how do i tell if this trade was a buy or a sell?
probably something pretty basic that i'm missing, but then again, i'm missing a lot of basic things.

regards,

wondering in woodland hills
