Damien, before disparaging VSNT's efforts to cut costs, perhaps a visit to the ODIS latest 10Q is in order. For the nine months ended 9/30/99 software sales are down 19.8% YTD. The Company also took an almost $1 million charge in the latest quarter for severance, office closure and cancellation of marketing programs.

While I don't follow ODIS too closely, I think they may be trying to cut expenses (?). And as I pointed out in an earlier post, VSNT has cut a lot less people out of sales and marketing than reported on this thread by other folks. With that said, I think these are both (VSNT and ODIS) good companies and I think the market is large enough for both companies to prosper.

Good luck with ODIS and keep us up on its progress in Australia. By the way, I have some friends who recently visited Australia and they loved it!
