50% to 75% my reasons: nn...all the bad news is out tm hired bankers to work a deal they are 4 sale..no question about it premium should be a low of 35 to 40++ cs.... earnings coming up (should be good)you never know what will happen after they announce still a takeover stock IMO but when?..i'm hoping for dec but since earnings are out on the 20th it may be cutting it close
