Chris - As I heard someone say once or twice, "I feel your pain." Ah, distinctly I remember Simplicity Pattern, Burlington Northern calls, TriStar warrants (which I mentioned once before), and at least one biomass stock that I never did write off just to remind me of what I'm capable of doing to myself. On the other hand, if I were a venture capitalist and if I were looking to invest in a company with 125Million shares authorized and only 3+Million outstanding and with warrants about to expire, I, too, would probably wait until after the warrants expired to make my investment so that I am assured that my ownership interest is greater than it would be if some or all of the warrants got exercised. "They" even announced the proposed investment prior to the warrant expiration (didn't they? I didn't own warrants so am not sure) which allowed holders a chance to decide what to do.

I also note that, according to the PR announcing the Charterhouse deal, C'house will get a majority on TISA's board of directors. I wonder what they are going to let management do with all that cash-on-hand? I guess we'll find out after the first of the year.

Regards,
Harry J.
PS - Upon rereading this, I think I should tell you I am not a flak for, and otherwise have nothing to do with, management; don't know these guys; never heard of C'house before the PR arrived in my SI:inbox via, I think, Emory's head's up; but do have a small equity position. And small is small.
