>>I agree with all you said... but the question is when will this pay of for shareholders... it could be a couple of years... or at least til they get Nasdaq Listing..<<

My money is on the NASDAQ listing . . .

Here is the schedule as I know it. Mid December putting the deal to bed. End of January the deal is formalized and signed. In the Press conference call they mentioned that they would move to file on NASDAQ immediately after that. They have also said that they are targeting the National Board. This means that they will have to get the shares up to an average of $5 US for 30 trading days.

So, I have to assume that they do have a strategy and a tight timeline for getting on NASDAQ, and they must have plans for how they are going to get the shares up to $7.50 CDN - $5 US. My bet is that the share appreciation work starts relatively soon. (I don't know yet how this will be done), and the Brokerage Dog and Pony show begins in earnst throughout Dec, Jan, and Feb.

I am 100% totally convinced that Mr.Baan and David Herman did NOT join this company with the intent of having it stay on the Canadian Venture Exchange! I am also now convinced that this thing will be taken higher! I also am betting (heavily I might add) that they plan to do this sooner rather than later.

If you get an opportunity to call in tomorrow, I suggest you ask Don Sandford that question. It is a good question!
