Duke, OTOT, mostly, floppyless Dell (sounds a bit perverse), of course you can use attachments on an email to send to yourself at home, e.g. However, how about students, e.g., wanting to bring a file home from a library or a school where they have no email? Also, some files might be large enough to choke some folks' email but not a floppy.
Yes, I guess the floppy might go the way of paper tape some day, but not sure if it's quite the time yet.
Back on topic, INTC price still getting rightfully put in its place by AMD, huh? LOL. I guess I should consider myself fortunate that my other gorilla techs aren't phased by competitors one seventh their size. Need to just wait patiently for the next 9/98 to 1/99 or 6/99 to 9/99 type upramp.
