Pen Interconnect Announces Brian Bonar, Imaging Technologies President and CEO, Joins Board of Directors
IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 30, 1999--Pen Interconnect Inc. (OTC BB:PENC - news) Tuesday announced that Brian Bonar, president and chief executive officer of Imaging Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq:ITEC - news), San Diego, a worldwide pioneer in the development of digital imaging solutions, has been named to the board of directors of Pen Interconnect.

Bonar has served as a director of both public and private companies since 1990. He previously served as vice president of worldwide sales and marketing for Bezier Systems Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of laser printers, and as worldwide sales manager for Adaptec Inc., a laser printer controller developer.

He also has served as executive director of engineering at QMS Inc., a developer and manufacturer of high-performance color and monochrome printing solutions, and with IBM, U.K., Ltd. in the control and direction of its manufacturer supplier base. Bonar was educated in Europe as a mechanical engineer.
