This stock has a tendency to very sharp selloffs but they are usually brief. I think the current one probably falls into that category.
As we get closer to the shareholder meeting Dec 15 or 16, we could start getting a bounce. There is usually a lot of momentum buyers coming in a couple of weeks ahead of the stock split (dec 29).

About jumping the gun and buying early. If everyone expects a rally just before the stock split and leading up to the January earnings, it makes sense to buy the stock earlier. I just feel that investors want to be the first ones buying (low) and the first ones selling (high). Market timing is here to stay!(especially if you follow the market all day)
So if everyone expects this big January rally, why wait until January to buy into the market and at higher prices? Do it in December.
I like stated before, the stock split will be another factor that helps in this stock move higher.

Then there are the market mis-timers. They will take their profits now and buy back at higher levels, just to avoid the Y2K uncertainty. I guess that allows them to sleep better and they will sacrifice potential gains. I can understand that logic.

Among the negatives is the Y2K fear---that could be what we are seeing right now, in addition to the usual profit takers.
