I have been having a "freezing" problem about one upgrade ago. The quote screen will freeze once every few minutes, freezing the entire computer at the same time. Then the stream will resume and everything back to normal.

I called tech support and they suggested I get more RAM. Now I got 384RAM but the problem is exactly the same.

Any suggestions?
