Police are using rubber bullets and pepper spray to force a corridor through the protestors to allow delegates into the Convention Center. Proceedings still have not commenced. Isolated bands of protestors, dressed in black and carrying chains, have caused some damage to storefronts. One Starbucks has been heavily damaged. These appear to be renegade or anarchist groups not purporting to act under the auspices of any organization.
