Management should have preannounced that .28 target was out of line. It sure sounds like a mismanaged company of good technical people. It's starting to remind me of APPL where improvement is always expected but never met. Downgrades will come tommorow and many funds will dump. It will be a good buying opportunity but I don't know at what price. I'm looking 12-13 intraday.
