NEW AN7399 3-D STEREO CHIP FOR ITS CUTTING EDGE 15" Multimedia Display

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif., Nov 30, 1999 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --
Spatializer Audio Laboratories (OTC Bulletin Board: SPAZ) announced
today that Mitsubishi has incorporated Spatializer 3-D stereo
technology into its revolutionary new model MDT151X, a 15" LCD
multimedia monitor. This design win represents both the first license
of Spatializer technology by Mitsubishi and the first incorporation of
the AN7399 chip which Spatializer announced a few months ago.

The MDT151X is a multimedia display with a built-in television tuner in
a separate multimedia box which has input facilities for two video
sources such as DVD player and VCR. The box comes with USB interface
connectors and analog RGB socket with a single digital interface cable
for connection with the display. The display itself is a 15-inch color
TFT of XGA resolution and it is only 1 and 1/16 inches thick for easy
mounting on the wall, for example. The MDT151X was put on sale in Japan
at Y148,000 (about $1,400) in the first week of November.

"We proudly welcome Mitsubishi onto our distinguished list of world
class licensees," stated Henry R. Mandell, Spatializer's interim CEO.
