I think that happened today somewhat and also the MMS did not seem to want it to go up. there were several trades for less than 1000 shares which were always on the bid side. then they refused to allow the bid side to go up even after several trades in a row at the ask and there were several trades that were actually over the ask and yet they would not raise it. About 4 different time the ask was .22 and trades came in at .235 and they left the ask at .22 So for whatever reason they want it down here and they did a hell of a job today,, , over 3 million shares and they held it to under a 5 cent jump.. It shold ahve run to .35 on that volume. It just shows you that when the time is right,, it will really take off. CRDoug
