MDTV financing to be completed soon. Financing of 57 million is straight lease financing. No dilution. IR will confirm this. I don t think everyone really understands how huge this is for the company. Market Cap on existing base of 14000 customers should have stock at around $3.00. 57 million in financing will allow backlog of 250 buildings to be done with a subscriber base to reach close to 50000. Stock at 75 cents right now which is a great opportunity to get in.
