The thing we have to understand here is that making a $75 million lawsuit doesn't come without risk. In other words, people don't make these kind of lawsuits without knowing they put themselves at financial risk with counter lawsuits.

Investor Relations should be helping us out right now. This is their job, especially in these situations. Being too busy is not acceptable, we need information regarding the lawsuit, and information regarding why the transfer agent resigned.
