I agree it is better Laz as long as we don't have a legal matter to be resolved in the courts. If they didn't have the money, then why did Conroy offer $50,000 to cover Easton's expences. Is he that nice a guy? lol He better not be with our money. Or did he have some legal obligation to pay the expences if the deal didn't happen? My point is that I don't understand the offer if the deal fell through because of EM not having the money.
