OK granted SEC after eTrade and OLB. Now if I open an account with merril or morgan and I loose money listening to their advice, is the SEC going to refund me the money I lost? MAy be people at Merril, Morgan etc are fearful of loosing the jobs due to OLBs. So they are needing help of their buddies at SEC.
