Kenneth and Chris: I scanned the Annual Report myself. Some issues are: 1.No Research Contract Revenue 2.If and when will Phase III of Tricomin begin? 3.The product is not administered by perscription 4.Is this product in fact unique; one would have to consult a doctor or nurse in the wound care field 5.Company needs approximately $12 million in revenues to break even How long until the company sees signficant sales volume? 6.The Investor Lawsuit was a back-breaker the company needed that $7.5 to fund this increase in sales personnel , production, and promotion 7.Company may need to do a private stock placement within a year in order fund growth which will be shareholder dilution 8.Company needs to partner with a major medical/pharmaceutical company 9.If insiders see light at the end of the tunnel,will they purchase the company's shares at these low prices?
