I would say it looks like a good time to start accumulating.
They are also in the process of purchasing a big coal mine /generating plant in Wash. state which will double their o/p in the us. Year 2001 will be much better for them as they become deregulated. They have also stated that they will not cut their dividend.
I think as an investment TA is looking better than TRP. TRP is still suffering from their merger with NOVA and have no plans for any growth over the next few years. And next year Alliance pipelines will be up and running.
