RMGG BASIC INFORMATION again --

Float 17-22 million, outstanding 24-30 million.
(Called to verify more exact figures but everyone was out -- I will call again.)
Shares authorized is about 50 million.

Pat Rost (and M & A consultant Jerry Simek?) and RMGG are working on producing an e-commerce website, and the information on the current site will be updated:
direct.ca

News releases (there are more lined up):
marketwatch.newsalert.com
(BigCharts has more PR's but the Nov. 8 PR is missing)

The Nov. 3 news release states:
"Projected sales of RMGG's traditional products for the fourth quarter of 1999 are 281,640 U.S. with a net profit of 65,350 U.S." and the company has stated sales estimates of $4 - $8 million for the factory's first year.

About American ginseng (which is different than Asian ginseng):
direct.ca
agric.gov.ab.ca

(The Alberta site mentions that American ginseng is more expensive than Asian. I called GNC (the health food store in malls), and a 90-cap bottle of American costs $27.99, whereas 90 caps of Korean ginseng (their most expensive Asian ginseng) costs $14.99, as of Nov. 24.)

The Honey news release:
bigcharts.com

RMGG product promotion:
bigcharts.com

RMGG (incorporated in 1996) has had some revenues from selling American ginseng which have gone into building the new (GMP standards) factory which is just starting production. This quarter will be the first quarter with substantial revenue.

The Dec. 31, 1998 audited financial statements are available (net loss of $.03 per common share.)

RMGG has stated they will be SEC-reporting well before their deadline -- probably by the first of the year.
