tktom, I know what the problem is. The banner link is incorrect and it hangs the browser. The banner has the following phrase in blue... "Yahoo! Bill Pay - sign up to pay your bills on Yahoo!" ...but the link takes you to bills.yahoo.com, which doesn't work, they need to take the 's' off of https. I contacted Yahoo!, but I don't think they even read my message. So I just sent an email to someone at CF that I think can help. BTW, all of the other bill pay links seem to be working ok, just the blue banner ad is in error. Benny
