It made sense to split both Companies because their different Businesses dictate different PE, that of SHPS being the highest, as a pure Internet Company... The requirements of Management and the type of Financing it will attract are also very different... In addition, their combined Market Cap, as separate Companies is some $70 Millions higher than it would be if it were just one Business... Also, the spin-off provides OSCR with useful Assets to file for NASDAQ... I believe both Companies are worthy of accumulation, as OSCR has great potential as a leader in the "Fax to e-mail/e-mail to fax and Document Safe Keeping" Business... JMHO, F.
