*AV*-- I think you are right on target with your comments. As an individual and a small business, I would only use it sparingly myself. I keep a few Priority Mail Stamps and a few books of peel apart first class stamps on my desk. I drop the mail in the mailbox a few feet away from the house and once a month when I pass the PO, I stock up on items.

As I stated to the person inquiring, I do nor feel this stock fits into what I feel comfortable with.
