OK here is the catch. Even thought people say that they do not penalize flippers I thinkg they do. It is not as severe as WIT, but you may be dropped off for 2-3 weeks or 10-20 issues before u get allocations. Of late I have stopped flipping at eTrade (which in fact turned out to be good) and I have had some consistent allocation. By consisten I mean not every issue but a 20% hit ratio.
When I flipped I went for long dry spells.
