Popiye,

Where do you get your information about shorts, sound strange for a penny stock to have shorts.

If there is a takeover of this shell, we don't know how high the reverse split will be.

This is a close to empty shell. If they can't broker a lumber deal, then this only worth $400-500K (current market price for shells) which work out to 3 to 4 cents.

What makes you think it is worth a few pennies more as an empty shell??
