Mikey may have been pumping his new emachine, but it's no bargain. In fact, I priced out a similarly equipped Dell Dimension and it came out priced around 1600 bucks vs the emachine at around 1800 bucks. Throw in the 3 year warranty on the Dimension vs the 1 year on the emachine and it does not look like a deal to me.

PS - Not to mention the fact that a similarly equipped Ipaq (although a Win2000 machine), sells for 1462, (1562 if you include the price of the printer that Dell throws in) - a couple hundred less than the Dell box...
