There's a lot to like here:

- Management: Check out these blue-chip backgrounds:

viador.com

This is a business-like looking group of dudes. This isn't a bunch of 26 year olds skateboarding to work (not that there's anything wrong with that):

- Story: Everyone knows that business software is hard to use. Everyone likes the web. So merge them together. When I come in to work in the morning it's easy to check the news, the weather, the market, the funnies, the traffic in Copenhagen, what movies are playing in Paris, etc etc on the Web. Why isn't it that easy to check my company's inventories and or see if my suppliers are going to be on time with the shipment? VIAD thinks it should be.

- Sector: This is the leader in this emerging sector. Unlike the big boys (ORCL, etc), VIAD has the luxury of being vendor independent. When you need to tie together data from a variety of different sources and databases that independence is going to be a big plus.

- Market cap: not outrageous yet. And remember that these days you calculate target market cap by figuring out what you think the company could be worth in the future, choosing the least conservative estimate, and then quadrupling it.
