Imagine the confidence Global and this outside company must have to skip
doing a small 1 ton'ie first to make sure all's ok'ie, and go directly
to a 40 ton size of a finished & complete ready to go - just plug me in
and move the switch from OFF to ON.

As easy as making donutes ???

Well no, since making 40 tons of donutes inside a single machine requires
a well defined uniform and stable distribution of temperature so that a
timed controlled transfer of heat to the dough happens. Good Golly Dolly,
it would be a Folly to make 40 tonnes of donutes at once without having
the expertise of a Zeev.
