I believe that it has substantive value if its products have substantive value. Monarch seems to have that value, as does the Quetzal business (in Europe). However, a mediocre mgmt without adequate resources can fritter away the value by enough missteps. That is why I believe that a sale of the company to someone with the marketing and financial resources to leverage these products to their potential is the proper solution at this point! (Mgmt had told me in the past that they thought they should be attractive to someone.)
