Not sure your item qualifies for a moron thread, but it certainly should be included on a "Management too bizarre to describe" thread.

PS I just read the last 10 postings on RB's HITT thread. Having done so, your offering could also very appropriately be posted on a "Management and Shareholders that truly deserve one another" thread.
