Tom,

I am not sure that DSCM is gaining anything with the other PBMs at this point, as RAD/PCS is a competitor to the likes of MMRx ESRX and the big MCOS. It is in all the third parties best interest to weaken RAD at every step. I am not strong on my theory, but if you add mine and your EDI hypothesis maybe we can justify the run-up.

There is no doubt in my mind that DSCM will be working with HLTH using an EDI interface. DSCM will continue to separate from PLRX. I think from a P/L standpoint we are going to have DSCM, Drug Emporium and CVS.com leading the way over the next year. PLRX will not be able to shake the constraints of their accord with ESRX.

Some jokers on other DSCM threads are talking $90 a share. I think you entered at a good point, but I see a range of 35-50 for at least a few more quarters. I am going to wait a few more weeks to get in, maybe some news will surface.
