Victor -
Before I get carried away here, let me clarify that I've probably been presenting the best case scenario for PCLN purely from a business prospects aspect... In this sense, I appreciate your efforts in presenting arguments on the opposing side.
In either case, this is just grazing the surface of the information investors should be considering. Nothing beats the financial fillings and in the case of PCLN the numbers are pretty impressive (even for a new company).
Revenues grew by 1,500% percent over the year (!!) from 9 mil to 152 mil (and I agree that at these level it is not all that difficult to post good revenue growth, but 1500% is pretty impressive). At the same time costs have gone up by a mere fraction of the rate at which revenues are growing). Earnings are steadily improving too (obviously).

The question is are your expectations of PCLN's prospects even better than the rosy ones already discounted by the market. I think that there are markets out there that offer higher margins (than air travel brokerage) and in which PCLN will enter within the next few quarters. That kind of news (if it materializes) should increase the intrinsic value of the company.
I guess, how management proceeds remains to be seen.
