I don't think any CDMA carriers are maxed on on spectrum or probably even close but some TDMA carriers are.

Bux, you probably remember the quote from the Nortel exec a few weeks ago:

I'm inclined to agree with you. IJ wouldn't be talking about HDR as a last mile solution for 40$/month if the spectrum wasn't available, and he ought to know. Still though, the Nortel statement is troubling. It would be nice to have a better idea of what spectrum is available, what's been allocated (and to whom), and what is left.

Looks like deja vu all over again. <g>
