I'm surprised that Concentric did not react positively to the SBC partnership announcement. SBC (already #1 in DSL in the US) is investing $6 billion to expand their services. In order to maintain their lead, SBC will need to aggressively promote Concentric services. IMO, this is very good news and should have caused CNCX to rise. Regards - Dale
