As an accounting major, I was intrigued by th last part of reply 332. IN part, the outside auditors, Rachlin, Cohen, & Holtz stated " These factors raise substancial doubt about the Companys ability to continue as a going concern." Such a statement by the OUTSIDE AUDITORS should raise substancial doubts in all our minds. Or not.
