Strong words -- I'm suspicious myself as there is no white paper that I can find, and I can't find any patents. Plus it's pink sheets, no financing, ... The convincing parts were interest from folks like IDC and Disk/Trend. But no one has bothered to confirm some of their claims such as "the company's chairman, Itzhak Yaakov, was formerly chief of defense R&D for the Israeli Defense Forces" And "C3D's general products manager, Ingolf Sander, is a former Kodak and Verbatim executive with long experience in the optical-storage market, according to Porter. Its president and CEO, Eugene Levich, is a senior visiting fellow at Oxford University and also holds teaching appointments in Israel and at the City University of New York. Several of its 65 other employees are university professors in Moscow." The Ha-aretz article appears to be the second part of a two-part article (but the first part is not available) -- I'm wondering if the first part had to be pulled for being too accusatory. That said, scams abound on the BB and pink sheets and one is better off doing a little checking. wily
