Thanks for the document. It sure is interesting.

I think we are the only 2 left on the thread. Talk about about an unknown stock. I think some people are starting to discover it. Volumes are very good. The price has been moving up. Some big buyers out there.

In TD Securities commentary, the number one analyst in Canada said phase 3 should start in 2nd half of 2000. It could start earlier but there are a lot of things need to be done in preparation.

Let us hope people start to figure it out that MBI is undervalued.
