Did those numbers include direct retailers like Dell and Gateway? Actually, the numbers don't surprise me. The Celerons are selling extremely well in those <1000 "ISP rebate" computers. So well, that I understand supplies are short on the lower MHZs. This confirms what Charles R. is seeing too. This likely has Intel in a low ASP panic mode...especially with Floppermine problems at the other end... And to think...a few years ago, Andy Grove and Intel were in denial that the sub <1000 market really existed. Now Intel is the King of the (low ASP) <1000 market! Jim
