No Downside? I don't mean to rain on your parade, however.... move cautiously before mortgaging the farm. I've NEVER seen an investment which did not have some risk involved with the endeavor. The main hurdle that this company will need to overcome (IMO)is the transition from the present R&D "one off at at time" to a viable production oriented company. The increased financing required and all that goes along with rapid growth will often handcuff a company (in the short and sometimes long term). The fundamental company structure / product / initial market acceptance looks good. I hope for your sake and mine that the company does well (I am a shareholder), however don't fool yourself into thinking that you have invested in a no risk venture. Do you have any details (equity or debt financing, terms etc) re the rumored financing you spoke about in the previous posting. Regards
